While I would love to give you a straightforward answer, I unfortunately can't do that.
To start: My finder’s fee (service charge) is $30 and I charge a percentage of the chosen find.
This means each total cost is unique and dependent on the number of pieces, the timeline/urgency, and other extenuating circumstances.
But I'll prepare a quote once I have the information I need and we can go from there! -
I have go-to stores, but I usually decide where to start depending on the item(s). Some places have better kitchen items, others have great candle holders, etc.
I also respect that people should feel informed about and are entitled to know where they spend their money. So if you want to be in the loop as I shop or if there are stores you want me to avoid, please let me know in your request so that I can map out how to best find your item(s).

It's just me and my car at this point, so I'm limited to smaller pieces. I can certainly source a large volume of smaller things (I once picked up 30 books for a client who wanted to give creative dinner party favors).
Otherwise, most furniture items will be too difficult for me to transport, so if you’re looking for larger pieces, we can plan to meet up where I find the item(s).
I'm hoping there may be a way to grow around this in the future! -
This is also variable, but I usually prefer to meet up either somewhere in the DC area at a time and place that works for you, or at the place I source the find(s). We can also discuss delivery or shipping, depending on the item.
Because I am not set up for a full shipping operation, I do not cover any packing/shipping costs.

I usually handoff the item to you as-is, so that you can clean to your own standards or alter it as you wish. However, I can hand wash, polish, or make adjustments to pieces for an extra charge, if we agree upon these services in advance. At this time, I am not able to launder any cloth/upholstery items.
